New Love Honey Jar

Loyal readers of this blog will recall that I have written about honey jars in the past. Honey Jars are among a family of spells which have been coined as  Sweetener Spells and they are used to sweeten someone to you, to get them to like you, to favor your petition, and generally help you.

Suffice it to say that Honey Jars have a wide range of applications from getting your boss to treat you with respect, to get a judge to rule in your favor, to entice a straying lover to return to you, etc... What these honey jars have in common is that they are used to have a sweetening affect on a person or person(s).

However, in the modern era, a certain divide on the subject of honey jars has developed. On one hand you have folks who are trying to sweeten things to themselves other than people, such as money for example; while on the other hand, some folks believe that money, being a non-sentient concept, with no emotions or feelings cannot simply be sweetened towards you. Personally, I have never done a such a honey jar, however, I will not discount it as impossible.

New Love Honey Jar

Construct this Honey-Jar when you wish to draw a new, unknown love to you. You will need:

  • Honey
  • Coriander Seed
  • Lavender Buds
  • Lemon Balm
  • Lodestone
  • Magnetic Sand
  • Pen and Paper
  • Love-Drawing Oil of Your Choice
  • Red-Candle

Working the Root: Begin on a Friday when the moon is Waxing and when both hands on the clock are rising. Pour your honey into a jar that has a metal lid and set it aside. Write down all the qualities that you desire in your lover. Be specific as possible and include both physical (tall, dark skin, good hygiene) as well as non-physical (non-smoker, good sense of humor) qualities. When your list is complete, turn it 1/4 turn and sign your name across the list 9 times.

Next, dress the four-corners and center of the petition with your chosen oil. If you are gay you may wish to use Lavender Love Drops, if you are straight you may wish to use Come to Me Oil. Place your lodestone in the center of your petition and dress it with a few drops of the oil as well. Feed it some magnetic sand and say "As I feed you so will you feed me and draw my love to me just as this sand is drawn to you. In Jesus name. Amen."

Fold the paper-petition around the lodestone and place it in the honey jar. Next place your herbs in the jar calling on their individual spirits to help you with your goal. For example, you might say "Coriander Seed which draws new love, draw a new love to me. Amen."  All the while you are doing this your thoughts should be on the qualities that you wrote on that paper and the wo/man that will possess them.

When you are done, seal the lid on the jar. Now, mark the red candle with your name and the words "new love" and anoint it with your chosen oil. Affix it to the top of the lid by melting the bottom of the candle and holding it to the lid until it hardens. When you are ready, hold your hands over the candle, focus on the qualities  that you wish your new love to posses and say:

"With God's blessings, drawn to me, new love, is what I wish for you to be, new love; and drawn to me, new love, is now what you are, new love."

Make the sign of the Cross over the candle three times saying: "In the name of God, the Father; God, the Son; and God, the Holy Spirit. Amen."

Finally light the candle and Pray the 23rd Psalm, or a prayer of your own design. Let the candle burn out on its own and inspect any remains for signs when it has done so. Repeat the candle burning procedure each successful Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Blessings

Two questions:

1. how will this differ if is a known person ?
2. how do I go about If I don't want to use Christianity ?

1) Different Herbs
2) Substitute the name of the spiritual power you wish to call upon.

Can you substitute other sweeteners such as corn syrup for the honey? Is there something specific to the honey, or is it strictly the "sweetener" that's the association?

That's a good question. In the old days, when skin color was more of a consideration that it is today, they use to use a sweetener that was close to the person's skin color. So for a white person they'd use a light-colored syrup and for a black person they'd use a dark molasses.

I, personally, HATE the taste of honey and often use cane syrup in its place. It's really about the sweetness of the sweetener but honey seems to be "go to" sweetener. I've even used made "dry jars" with nothing in it but sugar, roots, and my petition.

" when both hands on the clock are rising " does it mean 12:00 AM ?

Carolina Dean said...

No. At 12:00 both clock hands start going down.

Both clock hands would be rising between 11:30 and 12:00
